Purchase controls reflect current server readiness. No fulfillment or dispatch date is promised while checkout is unavailable.
Discreet packaging
Plain packaging may be used, but contents, carrier and customs declarations must remain accurate. Required labels will not be omitted.
Shipping & tracking
Shipping is limited to the contiguous 48 US states and DC, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, territories and military forwarding destinations. Standard is $15 (4–7 business days); Express is $40 (1–2 business days). These are carrier transit estimates, not a dispatch guarantee. No automated tracking email is promised.
Legal compliance
All psilocybe products, including spores, liquid cultures and colonized material, are unavailable for purchase. Research labels and buyer attestations do not create legal exemptions or transfer the seller’s obligations. Any future offering requires attorney, processor, fulfillment and destination review.
Lost, damaged, or contaminated orders
If your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is contaminated on arrival, we will send a free replacement. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging (photos are not needed for lost packages).
Returns
To protect sterility and safety, we cannot accept returns of syringes or cultures once they have shipped. Issues covered above are resolved with a free replacement.
