If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

 

Return and Refund Eligibility

  • Purchases: The item(s) must have been purchased from our official website: www.deepspore.com.
  • Time Limit: The return and refund request must be made within 30 days from the initial shipping date of the order.
  • Condition: The item(s) must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, unused, with all original tags and packaging, and suitable for resale.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email, must be provided.

 

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”

 

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@deepspore.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Photo Confirmation: In addition to the above, you will also be required to submit a clear photo showing the damage or defect of the product. This will help us process your return efficiently.
  3. Authorization & Instructions: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions once your request is approved.
  4. Packaging & Shipping: Package the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, along with the original invoice or proof of purchase, and the RMA number. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer support team. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs of the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item(s).

 

Refunds

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer support team at support@deepspore.com with your order number and details of the defect or damage.
